Grizzly College of Education enhances the skill development (Spoken English, computer literacy, etc.,): Skill development receives prioritized focus in curriculum designing and development. The College imparts various skills:
- Development of computer skills, communication skills, soft skills, job skills
- Language Lab has well-equipped solutions software that offers self-learning modules on functional English, Advanced communications skills, soft skills, etc.
- Language Cell - faculty from the Department of English give one-to-one counseling to individual students who seek help on resume writing, interview tips, grammar, letter writing, compeering, writing articles, etc.
- Basic computer skills are ensured by making Fundamentals of Computers a mandatory paper in the UG curriculum
- Employability skills are included in the General English curriculum for trainee teachers.
- Placement Cell conducts pre-placement training programs on Resume Building, Mock Interviews, and Group Discussions.
- Various responsibilities assigned to students in organizing the College Fest – finding sponsorships, planning various competitions, promotion, publicity, etc -allow students to develop their leadership skills, negotiation skills, academic skills, social skills, team spirit, etc.
